A home energy report in about two minutes.
GreenLoupe estimates which appliances are driving your electric bill and which upgrades are worth the money — without a utility login or a smart-home install.

How we estimate
A deterministic calculation engine — no LLM guessing on the numbers.
- Per-appliance baselines. Annual kWh ranges are drawn from DOE and ENERGY STAR reference data for ~30 common appliances across three vintage tiers.
- Climate-aware. Heating, cooling, and pool runtimes are adjusted using a coarse climate-zone mapping derived from your ZIP code's first digit.
- Calibration-ready. If you enter a recent monthly bill, we scale the inventory so the totals reconcile with what you actually pay.
Estimates only
GreenLoupe is a planning tool, not engineering advice. Real-world usage depends on occupancy, weather, equipment condition, and behaviors we can't see. Treat every number as a starting point for a conversation with a qualified contractor or energy auditor — not a guaranteed outcome.
